Her expertise spans talent management, organizational design, change management, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning and process improvement.

Having worked across a diverse range of industries, including energy, public sector, healthcare, transportation and non-profit organizations, Agatha brings a practical, collaborative approach to helping clients strengthen their people, processes and organizational effectiveness.

Agatha’s professional background also includes international skilled trades recruitment and workforce coordination.

Through her previous work with Maxxen International, she developed processes supporting the sourcing, onboarding and retention of skilled trades professionals recruited from Europe for Canadian projects.

This experience included supporting recruitment initiatives involving more than 200 skilled tradespeople over a three-year period, providing valuable insight into international talent sourcing, workforce integration and cross-border recruitment coordination.

Today, this experience helps inform the international workforce services offered through Praeceptum Consulting.
